Every custom order — custom lengths and textured wefts alike — is made to order using our luxury virgin Asian raw hair, then cut, colored, and finished to your exact specification. Here's what to expect, when to schedule your client, and how to protect the result.

HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT

From checkout to the chair in nine weeks.

Custom orders aren't pulled from a shelf — they're made. This is the timeline every custom length and textured weft follows.

  1. ORDER PLACED — DAY 1

    Your order goes straight to our production team. Because every custom order is made specifically for you, it's non-cancellable and non-refundable — double-check length, color, and texture before checkout. Questions first? Chat with us.

  2. IN PRODUCTION — WEEKS 1–6

    Your bundles are sourced single-donor from the top 3% of raw material, then cut to your custom length and colored to spec. Textured orders are also carefully permed to set a consistent, long-lasting curl pattern.

  3. INSPECTION + SHIPPING — WEEKS 6–8

    Every custom bundle passes our in-house inspection before it leaves the building. Allow 6–8 weeks from order to delivery — you'll get tracking the moment it ships.

  4. SCHEDULE THE CLIENT — WEEK 9+

    Book the install for week 9 or later. That buffer covers inspection and transit, and gives you time to check the hair in hand — color, length, and finish — before your client is in the chair.

  5. INSTALL DAY

    Inspect the hair one last time before installing. Textured wefts: no coloring, toning, or chemical alterations — details below. Every custom order is covered by our Tangle-Free Guarantee.

Ordered a custom length in a straight finish? You're all set — the timeline above is everything you need. If your order includes texture, the three rules below protect the curl pattern for its full lifespan.

  • TEXTURED WEFT COLORING DISCLAIMER

    Made to order. Custom colored. Carefully permed.

    Unlike brands that simply steam curl hair, or only offer darker curly options, our process allows us to provide a wide range of dimensional shades while still maintaining performance and longevity.

    Because of this specialized processing, textured wefts should not be custom colored, toned, glossed, or chemically altered after purchase.

  • PROTECT THE CURL STRUCTURE

    Why post-purchase chemistry changes the hair.

    When you apply additional color, toner, lightener, gloss, or chemical treatments, you are altering the hydrogen bonds that were professionally set to create and maintain the curl pattern. Any additional chemical service can relax the texture, compromise curl integrity, reduce longevity, and permanently change the structure of the hair.

  • FOR BEST RESULTS

    Match the shade first. Skip the chemistry.

    We strongly recommend:

    • Selecting the closest shade match prior to installation and custom coloring or toning the client's natural hair to match the extensions
    • Avoiding all post-purchase chemical processing on textured wefts

    Any coloring, toning, lightening, or chemical alteration performed on textured wefts is done entirely at your own risk and will void any applicable warranty coverage related to texture retention or performance.
