How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships and is always available from your Drop Dead account under Orders. In-stock orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our Tempe, AZ warehouse.
What is your return policy?
You have 90 days from purchase to return or exchange unopened product for full credit or a swap. Start a return from your account page or at returns.dropdeadextensions.com.
How do I redeem store credit?
Store credit is automatically applied at checkout when you're signed in to your professional account. If you don't see it, start a chat and we'll investigate together.
How do I download my purchases?
Digital products (education, care guides) live under Account → Downloads. If a file isn't available within an hour of purchase, chat us and we'll reissue the link.
How do I qualify for a professional account?
Apply with a valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification (region-dependent) plus salon or business details. Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Can you help me color-match?
Yes — start a chat and one of our stylists can color-match from a photo of your client. We recommend natural daylight without filters for the most accurate read.
